The wee people had a lot going on in Peterborough and in the area but there were lots of leprechauns who chose the Irish Stew dinner at St Luke’s on the Feast of St Patrick.

There were no line-ups but a steady flow of people that comfortably filled the parish hall.

“The stew was phenomenal,” Father Glenn remarked. “I checked but they told me the recipe is a secret from the Old Country. Over there, if you kiss the Blarney Stone, they’ll share the ancient recipe. Anyway, that’s what they told me in the kitchen.”

A thousand thanks to all the wee folk at St Luke’s who organized and worked hard to make this a great evening event — tasty stew and amazing Irish dessert. A wonderful evening. A great success.

Blessings to all!
